The outdoor Farmer’s Market season has begun! These are the markets we will be in as of now. Check back, because we add new markets from time to time. We’d love to have you stop by, say hi, and have a try!

Portage Park, Berteau and Central, Chicago — every other Sunday, 6/2 – 10/6, 9 am – 1 pm

The White Bean Collection – our lighter soup is delicious warm or cold
Our Sunny Caribbean White Bean Soup is so popular, we are introducing two more!
Tuscan Tomato Basil -- white beans, green onion. celery, tomato, and zucchini with basil and other herbs. This soup welcomes your farmer's market veggies!
Asian Ginger White Bean -- white beans, green onions, carrrots and broccoli in a bright and light gingery broth
Beans and Rice – ready to eat in about thirty minutes!
Carol's Curried Chickpeas and Rice – tomatoes, spinach, and onion with a lively curry seasoning. Carol was our biggest supporter for our Kickstarter fundraiser, and she helped with the recipe!
Bean Salads – ready in about twenty minutes, and tasty warm or chilled
Lenti Salad Provencal -- lentils, green onion, parsley, carrots and celery in a Provence - inspired salad dressing.
